WELCOME
Nana's Pasta House has been an established family restaurant for over 30 years. The restaurant was closed from March 2008 - October 2009 when it reopened its doors. Now, under new ownership but still in the family, we are grateful for our loyal customers over many generations.

The Legacy
On January 1, 1977, Joe McHugh and his wife, Patti reopened "Lando's Cafe in the historic 'Spike Island' building in Moosic, PA. When they purchased the building in 1982, it was remodeled and "Nana's Pasta House" was born. Joe's mother, Elizabeth 'Nana' Gillotti McHugh helped Joe and Patti in the kitchen as well as on the floor. The restaurant was named after Elizabeth's mother Jenny "Nana" Greco Gillotti and her picture still hangs in the dining room.
Joe and Patti were at the helm for over 35 years. In January of 2011, they passed it on to their nephew Bobby, Jr., son of Joe's oldest brother Bob. In keeping with the tradition that has been set from his great grandmother Nana to his grandmother Nana to his Uncle Joe, Bobby Jr. keeps family close as you can often see at least one member of the Gillotti/McHugh family either working or dining in the restaurant. From his niece busing tables to his sister and cousin waiting tables to his Aunt seating people to his sister-in-law creating desserts, family is everywhere. We hope that you enjoy the family atmosphere and dining experience at Nana's.
